Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance relates to all activities and functions concerned with the attainment of quality. KDesign prides itself on being able to achieve 100% satisfaction with all clients by ensuring that the services we provide fully meet the requirements of the client. Over the years we have developed the necessary systems of quality assurance to ensure that, as KDesign grows, the high standards on which the company was founded can be maintained.

Whilst the control is more readily understood in the manufacturing industry, a similar approach to services can be difficult to perceive. Essentially, our programme of quality assurance is centred around being able to demonstrate to our clients that we give equal attention, commitment and dedication.

The six basic elements upon which this programme is developed are as follows:

  1. Identify what the Client wants;

  2. Plan how this will be achieved;

  3. Ensure that work is done by experienced people having all the necessary recourses;

  4. Check the work prior to presentation it to the Client;

  5. Operate an effective self-assessment and improvement system;

  6. Provide the documented prove that the above has been achieved;

By applying this approach and philosophy to all our work we ensure a quality driven delivery process.
